Nasi Goreng Pattaya (蛋包飯)

Picture 1 of 4

Hey guys, party was over and it is time to get ready for accommodating the new year of 2010.  Unfortunately, I had a minor problem so called “Party Aftermath” - leftover rice. How to deal with it? You don’t want to cook too long, but just nice to keep it crisp and tender. That makes it a healthy vegetable dish.

Most of the time I will use the simple  pan grilling method to prepare my asparagus with steak.  But this time I have prepared them in more of an Asian style, Stir Fry Asparagus with Scallops.
